Resources

The combined experience, knowledge and established networks of the directors will be crucially important to grow the business steadily over the next five years. Personnel will be employed in the area of consultancy and training where necessary.

It is envisaged that beyond January 2011, CWMC would hope to have sought resources for a full-time post of Fundraising and Marketing Manager with the intention of developing the business.

Tim Coleman will deliver the initial training service.

CWMC has been offered the use of office space and facilities at Nettle Hill conference Centre, Coventry as a venue in which training, production and advertising consultancy activities can take place: www.nettlehill.co.uk

Pricing Policy

The consultancy service (marketing, advertising) will be charged at a daily rate of £500. CWMC believes this will be an attractive local alternative for those companies in Coventry and the surrounding areas who have been identified as already employing radio advertising in their marketing strategy.

These fees, in the current economic climate, whereby companies are cutting costs and attempting to maintain or increase market share, have become even more critical for potential clients. Therefore, CWMC is ideally placed to capitalize on the current trading conditions.

Premises

CWMC consultancy and training is currently seeking a city-centre based location from which to operate, together with Radio Plus.
